Mª Carmen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Granada, a Master’s Degree in Integrated Quality Management from the University of the Balearic Islands, and a Project Management Professional Certification.

Maite Garcia Guasch

Meet our Innovation Consultant for Advisory & National Programmes. Maite specializes in food safety and breast cancer research. She studied biochemistry, completed an Erasmus in Florence, and submitted her PhD in June 2023.

Ana Jiménez Zamora

Throughout her professional career, she has worked in the public sector, within the General Subdirectorate of Food Control and Laboratories, as well as in various private consulting firms.In her free time, Dr. Jiménez Zamora enjoys the company of her family, making crafts and participating in various activities involving creativity.
