Leticia has a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food Science and Technology from the Autonoma University of Madrid and completed a degree in Financial Accounting from the Financial Studies Center in Madrid. She has been a member of the Spanish Higher Council for Scientific Research (CIAL-CSIC), collaborating in research activities related to bioactive food ingredients, supercritical fluid extraction technology, and the applied physical chemistry industries. At Evolution Europe, Leticia leads the technical and financial functional aspects of the Taxation Relief Department. Leticia takes pride in using her combination of functional and business expertise to develop the technical elements of customer’s proposals and drive sustainable business growth at Evolution. Outside of these activities she is devoted to causes that benefit human rights, nature, and the environment and practices yoga on a daily basis.
