The Sales Operations and Strategy department consists of sales professionals who share the objective of strategically bringing Evolution’s services closer to the companies that could benefit from them, thus supporting our Business Development area.
To achieve this mission, they manage different sales channels and strategies such as telemarketing, email marketing, partner management and event organisation. In this way, they are able to find potential clients interested in making their R&D investments profitable and build long-term business relationships.
If you want to join this team, you will need to count on communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, have a clear customer orientation and be able to identify their needs and provide the best solutions.
