Ana Jiménez Zamora
Dr. Ana Jiménez Zamora has a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Granada. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in the public sector, within the General Subdirectorate of Food Control and Laboratories, as well as in various private consulting firms.
As a passionate researcher in the agri-food sector, Dr. Jiménez Zamora has led a variety of projects. These range from practical perspectives focused on product development and formulation to more analytical approaches studying physicochemical and organoleptic properties, as well as contributing to scientific aspects related to the drafting and review of documentation and legislative issues related to the application of quality control and food safety regulations. She has also explored clinical perspectives in nutritional intervention studies.
In her free time, Dr. Jiménez Zamora enjoys the company of her family, making crafts and participating in various activities involving creativity.
