Meet our Innovation Consultant for Advisory & National Programmes. Maite specializes in food safety and breast cancer research. She studied biochemistry, completed an Erasmus in Florence, and submitted her PhD in June 2023.

Ana Jiménez Zamora

Meet our Innovation Consultant for Advisory & National Programmes. She has a degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Granada. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in the public sector, within the General Subdirectorate of Food Control and Laboratories, as well as in various private consulting firms.In her free time, Dr. Jiménez Zamora enjoys the company of her family, making crafts and participating in various activities involving creativity.
