Thanks to the development of society, the opening of borders and globalization, we live in a world where elements such as democracy have become common to European territory. Therefore, it is increasingly important to move towards more inclusive systems where security prevails while protecting the cultural legacy that enriches us in our differences.

The common points that the European Union has designated include but are not limited to socio-economic transformation, resistance to natural disasters, protection and security, democracy, cybersecurity and cultural heritage.
