CEO

Victor graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Valladolid. For more than 10 years he has worked on different R&D projects dealing with the execution and management of innovation activities in a variety of fields. 

He started his career in the aeronautical and in the food and water analyses sectors. After working on different innovation projects for over four years in a SME of the automotive sector, he joined Evolution in 2014. Since then he has collaborated in the preparation of different initiatives and programs. He is responsible for coordinating the European project department and enjoys evaluating the potential of innovative ideas and developing strategies to bring products and services to de market. 

Outside of works he enjoys a variety of sports, reading books, socializing and gastronomy.
