Juan Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has developed his professional career in the field of R&D&I consulting, working with companies from different industrial sectors to identify funding opportunities for innovative projects.

One of his main professional interests is client management within consortium projects to generate synergies between companies, which in turn can lead to projects with high disruptive potential, especially within the chemical industry.

Outside of work, Juan Carlos is passionate about music and reading, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, whether hiking or playing sports.
