DyCare – DIAGNOBOT

DyCare Success Story

Digital rehabilitation is being transformed by DIAGNOBOT, an AI-powered platform developed by DyCare for remote monitoring, motion analysis, and personalised healthcare.

The Problem

Musculoskeletal disorders are among the leading causes of disability worldwide, placing a significant burden on healthcare systems and substantially affecting patients’ quality of life.

However, traditional rehabilitation models face major limitations, including dependence on in-person assessments, lack of continuous monitoring, variability in diagnoses, and difficulties in personalising treatments. This results in less efficient processes, lower patient adherence, and suboptimal clinical outcomes.
In addition, the growing demand for rehabilitation services highlights the need for scalable solutions capable of optimising healthcare resources without compromising quality of care.

The Project

To address this challenge, DyCare has developed DIAGNOBOT, an innovative digital platform that integrates artificial intelligence, motion analysis, and advanced interaction tools to redefine musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

The solution enables remote assessments through biomechanical analysis technologies, providing objective and consistent data on the patient’s condition. Through a conversational virtual assistant, the platform guides users throughout the therapeutic process, facilitating communication and improving the overall user experience.

In addition, DIAGNOBOT generates automated and personalised therapeutic recommendations tailored to each patient’s specific needs. This approach not only improves clinical accuracy but also enables healthcare professionals to optimise their time and make more informed decisions.
Supported by the PID-CDTI programme, the project drives the development of a technological solution aligned with the latest trends in healthcare digitalisation and personalised medicine. DIAGNOBOT is redefining digital rehabilitation through artificial intelligence and remote monitoring technologies.

The Impact

DIAGNOBOT introduces a paradigm shift in rehabilitation by promoting a more accessible, efficient, and patient-centred model.
First, it facilitates access to high-quality treatment regardless of geographical location, reducing barriers and improving continuity of care. Second, it enhances the accuracy and consistency of clinical assessments through the use of objective data and advanced algorithms.
At the same time, process automation and remote monitoring capabilities contribute to greater healthcare system efficiency by optimising resources and reducing operational costs.

From a technological perspective, the project positions DyCare as a benchmark in digital health and the application of artificial intelligence in rehabilitation, opening new opportunities for growth and international expansion. The project contributes to the future of digital rehabilitation by improving accessibility and efficiency.

The Result

Thanks to the development of DIAGNOBOT, DyCare is advancing the consolidation of an innovative solution with strong potential within the healthcare sector. The platform improves the patient experience through continuous and personalised monitoring, while providing healthcare professionals with advanced tools to optimise clinical decision-making.

With the support of Evolution Europe in the proposal preparation process, the project secured funding from the CDTI Research and Development Projects programme, receiving total funding of €233,279, of which €46,655 corresponds to TNR, facilitating the execution of the planned research and development activities.

The project lays the foundations for scalability and integration across different clinical environments, contributing to the digital transformation of rehabilitation. DyCare positions itself as a leader in digital rehabilitation and AI healthcare innovation
