About the Eureka Innowwide call

Eureka Innowwide is a funding programme from the Eureka Network that helps innovative SMEs test and validate their R&D-based solutions in global markets. It provides a €60,000 grant for six-month Market Feasibility Projects (MFPs), allowing companies to explore international opportunities and prepare for future commercial or R&D cooperation abroad.

Eligible applicants
  • SMEs legally established in an EU Member State, Iceland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Türkiye, or the United Kingdom.
  • Each applicant must engage one local partner in the selected non-EU target country.
Funding

The Eureka Innowwide programme offers fixed grant funding:

  • €60,000 grant per project (70% upfront, 30% after final reporting).
  • Minimum eligible costs: €86,000.
Key deadline

Eureka Innowwide normally has one call per year. In 2025, for example, the Innowwide deadline was 25 November. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the official Eureka Innowwide programme website.

  • Single-stage proposal submission via the SmartSimple platform.
  • Top 70 ranked proposals receive funding.

Eligible costs

Personnel, subcontracting, travel, market research, legal/IP studies, equipment depreciation, and 25% indirect cost flat rate (excluding subcontracting).
