Con financiaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/evolutioneurope.eu\/es\/eic-transition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>EIC Transition<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lmu.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LMU Munich<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insyt.solutions\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>iNSyT <\/strong>Solutions<\/a> impulsan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lmu.de\/en\/newsroom\/news-overview\/news\/eic-transition-multi-million-funding-for-lmu-nano-institute-team-eb026581.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>iNSyT <\/strong><\/a>, un microscopio de nueva generaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado para analizar nanopart\u00edculas individuales de forma r\u00e1pida y precisa.\r\n<h4>El Problema<\/h4>\r\nLos nanomateriales, como los puntos cu\u00e1nticos, est\u00e1n presentes en tecnolog\u00edas que van desde pantallas de alta gama hasta c\u00e9lulas solares y vacunas de ARNm. Sin embargo, lo que a simple vista parece uniforme es, en realidad, una poblaci\u00f3n heterog\u00e9nea de part\u00edculas cuyas peque\u00f1as variaciones pueden comprometer lotes completos de producci\u00f3n.\r\n\r\nActualmente, el control de calidad industrial se basa en t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis masivo que reducen miles de millones de datos a un \u00fanico promedio, a menudo poco representativo. Estos m\u00e9todos pueden tardar hasta dos d\u00edas en ofrecer resultados y no permiten relacionar la estructura de cada part\u00edcula con su rendimiento \u00f3ptico. Como consecuencia, el sector se enfrenta a una proporci\u00f3n significativa de lotes fuera de especificaci\u00f3n, con el consiguiente desperdicio de materiales, energ\u00eda y tiempo.\r\n<h4>El Proyecto<\/h4>\r\nDesde el <strong>Nanoinstitute de LMU Munich<\/strong>, el equipo de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insyt.solutions\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iNSyT<\/a> <\/strong>ha desarrollado<strong> iNSyT ONE<\/strong>, un microscopio de nueva generaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado para ofrecer control de calidad de nanomateriales en soluci\u00f3n, en tiempo real, con alto rendimiento y a nivel de part\u00edcula individual. Al combinar dos canales complementarios en un \u00fanico instrumento compacto, iNSyT ONE analiza m\u00e1s de 10.000 nanopart\u00edculas por ensayo en menos de 20 minutos, sustituyendo un flujo de trabajo de dos d\u00edas y m\u00faltiples instrumentos por un an\u00e1lisis r\u00e1pido, sin marcaje y en una sola plataforma.\r\n\r\nCon el apoyo estrat\u00e9gico de Evolution Europe, LMU Munich present\u00f3 una propuesta completa al <a href=\"https:\/\/evolutioneurope.eu\/es\/eic-transition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>programa EIC Transition<\/strong><\/a> para llevar iNSyT ONE de un prototipo validado en laboratorio, en TRL 4, a un sistema pilotado en entorno industrial, en TRL 6. Durante el proyecto, la futura spin-off iNSyT Solutions asumir\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n para liderar los pilotos industriales y avanzar hacia un sistema listo para fabricaci\u00f3n y preconforme con los requisitos CE.\r\n<h4>El Impacto<\/h4>\r\niNSyT ONE crea una nueva categor\u00eda de instrumentaci\u00f3n: el control de calidad industrial de nanomateriales a nivel de part\u00edcula individual. Su enfoque permite transformar la cadena de valor, pasando de pruebas lentas al final del proceso a un aseguramiento de calidad r\u00e1pido e integrado durante la producci\u00f3n.\r\n\r\nM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su aplicaci\u00f3n inicial en pantallas basadas en puntos cu\u00e1nticos, la plataforma puede extenderse a sensores de imagen, iluminaci\u00f3n de estado s\u00f3lido, fot\u00f3nica imprimible, aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas y nuevas soluciones fotovoltaicas. Adem\u00e1s, responde a un mercado de puntos cu\u00e1nticos con una previsi\u00f3n de crecimiento aproximada del 18% CAGR hasta 2034.\r\nAl impulsar una nueva generaci\u00f3n de nanometrolog\u00eda desde Europa, el proyecto refuerza la soberan\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica de la UE en sectores cr\u00edticos y apoya la transici\u00f3n hacia qu\u00edmicas libres de cadmio.\r\n<h4>El Resultado<\/h4>\r\nGracias a una propuesta altamente competitiva presentada al<a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/eic-funding-opportunities\/eic-transition_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> programa EIC Transition<\/strong><\/a>, LMU Munich y el equipo de iNSyT han obtenido una <strong>subvenci\u00f3n de 2.446.942 \u20ac<\/strong> del <a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Innovation Council<\/a> para financiar \u00edntegramente el proyecto durante 36 meses.\r\n\r\nLa financiaci\u00f3n cubrir\u00e1 la integraci\u00f3n de hardware y software multimodal en LMU, dos despliegues piloto industriales, el desarrollo de un sistema de segunda generaci\u00f3n listo para fabricaci\u00f3n y los trabajos de preconformidad CE necesarios para preparar una futura ronda de crecimiento tras el proyecto.\r\nEste respaldo posiciona a iNSyT ONE para establecer un nuevo est\u00e1ndar en el control de calidad de nanomateriales y contribuye a mantener en la Uni\u00f3n Europea una de las plataformas de metrolog\u00eda deep-tech m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gicas del continente.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;"}}],"layouts":[{"acf_fc_layout":"quotes","quotes":{"quotes":[{"image":10069,"quote":"\u275d \u275e","image_mobile":null,"author":"iNSyT Solutions","button":{"title":"Lee nuestra entrevista con iNSyT","url":"http:\/\/@","target":"_blank"}}]}}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.7 (Yoast SEO v27.7) -
