Pero, <\/span><b>\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 suele ser as\u00ed? \u00bfY por qu\u00e9 2022 podr\u00eda ser un buen momento para solicitar este programa?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te traemos un nuevo art\u00edculo de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evolutioneurope.eu\/posts-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nuestra serie de preguntas frecuentes sobre EIC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para detallar las principales caracter\u00edsticas del programa EIC Accelerator bajo sus dos esquemas de financiaci\u00f3n: <\/span><b>Open <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y <\/span><b>Challenges<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Te invitamos a conocer m\u00e1s para que compruebes si la l\u00ednea de financiaci\u00f3n EIC Accelerator podr\u00eda ser la indicada para hacer crecer tu proyecto!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"sk-text--h5\">EIC Accelerator<\/h2>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan importante el programa EIC Accelerator?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EIC Accelerator se centra en productos, servicios o modelos de negocio que generen un alto impacto y sean capaces de crear <\/span><b>nuevos mercados o transformar los existentes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De esta forma, estos proyectos deber\u00edan encontrarse entre los<\/span><b> Niveles de Madurez de la Tecnolog\u00eda <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technology Readiness Level, TRL<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><b> 5-6 hasta el 9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la modalidad de financiaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuada para tu proyecto?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este programa contempla dos formas de finaciaci\u00f3n diferentes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>subvenci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">destinada a financiar los gastos de las actividades de innovaci\u00f3n entre los TRLs 5-6 y 8 (salida al mercado). Esta opci\u00f3n puede cubrir hasta el 70% de los costes subvencionables con un m\u00e1ximo de <\/span><b>2,5 millones de euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esta se divide, a su vez, en dos modalidades:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grant Only<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Si solicitamos solo este componente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grant First<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Si no solicitamos la inversi\u00f3n inicialmente pero en cambio m\u00e1s adelante determinamos una evaluaci\u00f3n de hitos en la que se podr\u00eda pedir el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">equity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>inversi\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/investment-opportunities_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EIC Fund<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de hasta <\/span><b>15 millones de euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (o m\u00e1s en casos justificados) en forma de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">equity <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuasi-equity<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pr\u00e9stamos convertibles), que resulta perfecta para llegar al TRL 9 (<\/span><b>crecimiento r\u00e1pido<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Tambi\u00e9n pueden elegir esta opci\u00f3n los solicitantes de financiaci\u00f3n mixta (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blended finance<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), sin necesitar pedir la subvenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debido a restricciones presupuestarias, es posible que algunas solicitudes que cumplan con todos los criterios no reciban fondos del EIC. En esos casos, ser\u00e1n premiadas con el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/eic-funding-opportunities\/eic-accelerator\/seals-excellence_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Sello de Excelencia<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, accediendo a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eic.ec.europa.eu\/eic-funding-opportunities\/business-acceleration-services_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Acceleration Services<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y facilitando as\u00ed el acceso a <\/span><b>otras fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alternativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n puede solicitarlo?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EIC Accelerator est\u00e1 concebido para apoyar aquellos proyectos desarrollados por solicitantes individuales que cumplan con alguno de los siguientes requisitos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una \u00fanica <\/span><b>pyme <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">establecida en un Estado miembro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea o un pa\u00eds asociado. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una<\/span><b><i> small mid-cap<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(hasta 499 empleados) de un Estado miembro o un pa\u00eds asociado. Si nos presentamos bajo esta opci\u00f3n, debemos tener en cuenta que nuestro proyecto debe estar listo para un crecimiento r\u00e1pido (TRL 9) y solo podremos solicitar el componente de inversi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque la solicitud individual es la forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan, EIC Accelerator tambi\u00e9n comprende que <\/span><b>una o m\u00e1s personas naturales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o entidades legales se presenten a este programa si re\u00fanen alguno de los siguientes puntos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son de un Estado miembro o un pa\u00eds asociado y pretenden establecer una pyme o una <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">small mid-cap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en uno de los Estados miembro o pa\u00edses asociados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentan su propuesta en nombre de una pyme o una <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">small mid-cap<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de un Estado miembro o un pa\u00eds asociado en la que tienen la intenci\u00f3n de invertir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son de un tercer pa\u00eds no asociado, pero tienen la intenci\u00f3n de establecer o trasladar una pyme a un Estado miembro o un pa\u00eds asociado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a las \u00e1reas o temas que se recogen en el programa EIC Accelerator,<\/span><b> todos los campos tecnol\u00f3gicos son bienvenidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bajo la modalidad EIC Accelerator Open siempre y cuando cuenten con un <\/span><b>prototipo validado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y tengan una <\/span><b>proyecci\u00f3n de mercado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el proceso de solicitud?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proceso de solicitud del EIC Accelerator est\u00e1 compuesto por cuatro pasos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Short proposal<\/i><\/b><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Podemos completar este primer paso en cualquier momento a trav\u00e9s del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">European Funding &amp; Tender Opportunities Portal<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cuatro expertos del EIC revisar\u00e1n tu formulario de cinco p\u00e1ginas, tu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pitch deck<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de diez diapositivas y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evolutioneurope.eu\/es\/blog\/eic-accelerator-consejos-video-pitch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tu v\u00eddeo de tres minutos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Estos evaluadores del EIC estudiar\u00e1n algunos aspectos de tu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short application<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como el nivel de innovaci\u00f3n de tu propuesta, sus posibilidades para desarrollarse en el mercado, el potencial de crecimiento, su impacto y el valor de tu equipo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras cuatro semanas, conocer\u00e1s el veredicto del jurado de forma que para avanzar al siguietne paso tendr\u00e1s que obtener un \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GO<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d de dos o m\u00e1s de sus miembros. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Full proposal<\/i><\/b><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si tu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short application<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tuvo \u00e9xito, tendr\u00e1s que presentar tu proyecto a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de IA del EIC en una de las fechas l\u00edmite dentro de los doce meses siguientes. Esta <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full application<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> implica un plan de negocio completo incluyendo el an\u00e1lisis financiero y estructura de tu empresa. Tres miembros del jurado del EIC valorar\u00e1n en detalle tu propuesta, y solo si todos ellos la eval\u00faan positivamente ser\u00e1s invitado al siguiente paso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu propuesta es rechazada una vez, puedes enviarla de nuevo directamente a cualquiera de las siguientes <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deadlines<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sin embargo, si despu\u00e9s de dos veces no conseguiste pasar esta fase, no podr\u00e1s volver a enviar tu proyecto durante 12 meses. Por ello, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evolutioneurope.eu\/es\/blog\/trucos-contratar-servicios-consultora-financiacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recibir un asesoramiento profesional<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es clave para un mejor desempe\u00f1o y una mayor probabilidad de \u00e9xito.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Entrevista presencial: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de unas 5-6 semanas, si tu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full proposal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pas\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n correctamente, recibir\u00e1s una invitaci\u00f3n para una entrevista cara a cara con un jurado de hasta 6 miembros.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este punto, evaluar\u00e1n tu proyecto para decidir si es apto para recibir o no la financiaci\u00f3n. Si no la consiguieras, tendr\u00e1s la oportunidad de volver a presentar una propuesta revisada en otra entrevista posterior (solo una vez m\u00e1s) o recibir un Sello de Excelencia que implica el acceso a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Acceleration Services<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, as\u00ed como a otras fuentes alternativas de financiaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Negociaci\u00f3n del <\/b><b><i>grant agreement<\/i><\/b>: Si, despu\u00e9s de 2-3 semanas, recibes la noticia de que pasaste adecuadamente el punto de la entrevista, se te invitar\u00e1 a la negociaci\u00f3n del <b>contrato peliminar de la subvenci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para las propuestas con incluyan el componente de inversi\u00f3n, se iniciar\u00e1 el proceso de negociaci\u00f3n entre la empresa y el EIC Fund para <\/span><b>estructurar el acuerdo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El proceso de <\/span><b><i>due dilligence<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se llevar\u00e1 a cabo junto con algunas verificaciones de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compliance<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la definici\u00f3n de tramos de inversi\u00f3n y objetivos relacionados, la b\u00fasqueda de posibles coinversores, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante saber que el EIC Accelerator es un programa altamente competitivo en el que solo las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">start-ups <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deep-tech <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s innovadoras tienen \u00e9xito. Por eso, es importante que identifiques cu\u00e1les son los puntos clave que evaluar\u00e1 el jurado antes de que comiences tu solicitud: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Excelencia: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full applications<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los solicitantes deben probar el nivel de innovaci\u00f3n, la capacidad de entrar en el mercado para comercializar su proyecto. Durante las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full applications<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y las entrevistas presenciales, tambi\u00e9n se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta cuestiones como la capacidad tecnol\u00f3gica y los derechos de Propiedad Intelectual.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Impacto: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temas como la capacidad de crecimiento y el impacto se revisan durante las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y las <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full applications<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as\u00ed como en la etapa de las entrevistas. El encaje en el mercado (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">market fit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), el an\u00e1lisis de competidores, la estrategia de comercializaci\u00f3n y la posibilidad de contar con socios clave se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta durante los pasos de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full application<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y entrevista.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nivel de riesgo, implementaci\u00f3n y necesidad del apoyo de la Uni\u00f3n:<\/b> La capacidad del equipo se evaluar\u00e1 durante las <i>short <\/i>y las <i>full applications<\/i>. Otros temas como los hitos, el nivel de riesgo de la inversi\u00f3n y las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n se evaluar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente durante las <i>full applications<\/i> y las entrevistas.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las fechas l\u00edmites para presentarte a EIC Accelerator?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como hemos comentado anteriormente, las <\/span><b><i>short applications<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pueden presentarse de forma continua durante todo el a\u00f1o. Sin embargo, las <\/span><b><i>full applications<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00ed que cuentan con <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deadlines <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">espec\u00edficas. Las siguientes convocatorias ser\u00e1n el <\/span><b>15 de junio y el 5 de octubre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"sk-text--h5\">EIC Accelerator Open<\/h2>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el presupuesto del EIC Accelerator Open?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El presupuesto destinado a la opci\u00f3n de EIC Accelerator Open es de, aproximadamente,<\/span><b> 630,96 millones de euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De esta cifra, casi una cuarta parte (145,5 millones de euros) ser\u00e1n financiados a trav\u00e9s del plan <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/strategy\/recovery-plan-europe_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NextGenerationEU<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> debido a que esta l\u00ednea contribuye a conseguir una Europa m\u00e1s resiliente y sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tenemos en cuenta el presupuesto del a\u00f1o pasado (592,5 millones de euros), comprobamos que los fondos han aumentado en un 6,49%, lo que nos hace pensar que 2022 puede ser un buen a\u00f1o para participar en este programa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 industrias y sectores pueden participar bajo el EIC Accelerator Open?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este programa no ha definido ninguna prioridad tem\u00e1tica, por lo que <\/span><b>est\u00e1 abierto a cualquier campo de la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"sk-text--h5\">EIC Accelerator Challenges<\/h2>\n<h3  class=\"sk-text--h5\">\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 presupuesto cuenta el EIC Accelerator Challenges?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este a\u00f1o, el presupuesto total de la modalidad de Challenges es de unos <\/span><b>536,88 millones de euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
